ANALYSIS & SAMPLING

The heart of the company is the analysis laboratory where colors are studied, recipes are formulated, stability tests are carried out, new samples are created and new challenges born.

The characterization of thermoplastic colors requires a profound knowledge of color perception and how dyes and pigments interact with different materials and atmospheric factors. For this reason a careful selection is made of pigments and additives, recipes are formulated with extreme precision in the dosing of raw materials; always with very low environmental impact.

QUALITY & RELIABILITY

The Imaco laboratory is equipped with colorimeters and lamps with which aging tests and fastness to light tests are carried out. The laboratory was designed to produce fast samples ensuring quality, reliability and repeatability. The control tools are extremely effective allowing the company to aspire to perfection.

Union Batch Srl is a recent innovative Start up which developes additives and innovative materials through the dispersion of nanofillers, like graphene, fullerene, into thermoplastic polymers. This activity boasts capacity and experience in the use of special dedicated technologies within an ad hoc laboratory. Great attention is paid on the circular economy field, especially related to the production of thermoplastic materials and their additives.
